Expert Witness in Technology for the second consecutive year by the New
York Law Journal Reader Rankings Survey. Mr. Cancilla has performed
countless digital forensic investigations and offered testimony in
numerous cases, including testimony on a key piece of plaintiff’s evidence
in Ronald Luri v. Republic Services, Inc., et al., which rendered the largest
single plaintiff verdict in the State of Ohio’s history.
